BIM Specialist · Aurecon · Digital Modelling
7+ years, with recent delivery weighted to Australia. I own REAL, which reads Revit parameters and charts the CO2 of constructing a building, and GDC Str Tools, a Revit add-in that automates day-to-day modelling and drawings. Coordination still runs on ACC / BIM 360 and Navisworks.
GDC Str Tools
Revit add-in I own. Daily modelling and drawing production, without the click-loop.
REAL
CO2 of the build, from Revit parameters, on a chart dashboard.
Standards & coordination
BEP, templates, and ACC federation the next person can run.
Focus: treat BIM as a system — standards, automation, and data that scale with the workload, and stay clear to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Structural Revit for mission-critical data centres, including raft footings and precast walls. Day-to-day modelling and drawings on this kind of repetitive scope run through GDC Str Tools.
Structural BIM for launch shaft and mined tunnel sections with the Singapore engineering team. Federation lived on ACC. Clash checks were scripted in Navisworks instead of walked by hand, and tunnel-segment modelling used a repeatable tool rather than a one-off family.
Concrete, steel, and engineered timber on an Australian building, coordinated across disciplines. Parametric families and a small set of connection tools kept the timber work consistent.
Existing, early works, and new construction in one Revit federation. Phasing, naming, and view templates meant each contributor only opened the phase they owned.
Structural BIM for an underground station, coordinated with architecture and MEP against the project’s MRT requirements. Checks sat in the workflow, not in a separate cleanup week.
Reinforced concrete, post-tension, and secondary steel through tender-level documentation. Revit API tools handled batch updates and parameters so the drawing set stayed consistent when the deadline compressed.
